A domestic organization that aims at enlightening southerners on the forthcoming referendum presented itself today to the public.
Countdown to South Sudan Referendum (CSSR) joined hands with My Referendum for Freedom, a youth organization launched on Tuesday with the same goals.CSSR director Lokulenge Lole told the press today in Juba that his organization would use a multi-mode approach in order to enlighten southerners on the referendum.
Mr. Lole added that CSSR would employ talks shows, seminars, concerts and films to enlighten southerners of referendum issues.
Mr. Lole added that the organization would address the referendum issues both internally and externally with offices in Nairobi, Kenya, and Juba.
Mr. Lole said CSSR would be present in all the ten states of southern Sudan, and in Abyei and the Nuba Mountains.
