The re- appointed minister for Gender and social Development in Central Equatoria state said priorities in her ministry would remain the same with slight changes.
Hellen Mursal Boro was the only minister who survived from the previous executive in Central Equatoria.Ms. Mursal told SCR News that there were no major changes in the priorities of her ministry since the main priority was service delivery to the local population.
Mrs. Mursal explained that during her new term of office she wanted to offer better services particularly to the vulnerable group.
Mrs. Mursal revealed that her ministry had already strategic plans for the streets children and disabled people.
She said the plans needed the approval by the state Assembly to be budgeted.
Mrs. Mursal admitted that in her previous term of office issues of vulnerable groups were not properly addressed.
She said the community and families of the vulnerable groups had to take an active role to solve those issues.
