The newly appointed ministers for Central Equatoria state government took office today after they were sworn in yesterday.
Francis Barson Yuasa Ladu is the new minister for information and the official spokesman of the government of Central Equatoria.Mr. Barson told reporters this afternoon that the new ministers were introduced to their various offices today except the minister for health who was in Khartoum.
He explained that the new ministers were taking over their offices after the caretaker ministers were released.
Mr. Barson said the council of ministers would hold its first meeting today to discuss long and short term plans for the Government of Central Equatoria.
