The information caretaker minister called upon the new south Sudan assembly to enact the media laws ahead of the referendum.
Paul Mayom told SCR News that the media bills will do away with the dilemma of who is right and who is wrong by spelling the rights and duties of all parts.Mr. Mayom explained that the media laws were withdrawn from the parliament last year due to some controversial articles in the draft bills.
He said his ministry and the media houses could not agree upon those particular articles.
Mr. Mayom added that the bills would be out before the referendum.
