WAU NURSING STUDENTS SEAT FOR FIRST EXAM

Students at the Catholic Health Training Institute in Wau are engaged in the final exams of the foundation course for registered nurses.

The examinations started yesterday and end on Saturday, SCR News correspondent reported.
The 17 trainees, coming from the different dioceses of Sudan, started the foundation course at the beginning of February, 2010.

During four months of preliminary training, students attended English, Biology, Mathematics, Computer basics, Civic Education and Ethics and Values classes.

The course aimed at provided the students with a homogeneous level of preparation and a common learning methodology.

The candidates who pass the exams will be admitted to the proper three-and-half-year Registered Nurses training course due to start on June 21.
