This spiritual exercise is preceded by one day annual priestly meeting in which they emphasize on the importance of higher education to meet the present academic needs of the church.
They also advise each other to cultivate in themselves the spirit of trust, transparency, and love to enable them render effective service to God in the people entrusted to their care
The priests gather annually for this spiritual exercise to pray and grow as a family, in order to develop their spiritual and material needs.
The retreat takes five days.
