Lack of funds is making operations difficult at Eastern Equatoria Legislative Assembly and the new members of parliament will feel it when they take over their seats.
This is the assessment of the state parliament clerk, Adelio Kau Kawa.Mr. Kau told Emmanuel Radio that without money nothing works and MPs need funds to perform their duties in the commissions and to visit the various payams to consult the people for effective representation.
Mr. Kau called on the incoming elected leaders to make a difference and outperform the previous legislators.
