A senior SPLM official said his party accepts to work with the independent governors who won the elections.
SPLM Secretary General Pagan Amum Akech said this morning that his party is ready to work with whoever won the elections because they were voted into power.Mr. Amum affirmed that the winners of the elections will receive honour and respect from the SPLM.
He added that his party will accept the results of these elections despite the fact that the SPLM lost in some consistencies.
Mr. Amum said the SPLM will shake hands with those who have defeated them.
He added that SPLM Chairman Salva Kiir Mayardit started already consultations to form the first elected government of Southern Sudan.
