Only four complaints had been submitted so far from the whole of Southern Sudan about problems with polling.
Jersa Kide Barsaba, spokesperson of the Southern Sudan High Elections Committee, told SCR News that only three or four written complaints had been submitted about irregularities during polling.Ms. Kide added she could not give more details because the complaints were already in the files for consideration.
