Alfred Gore has refuted allegations that he has conceded defeat calling them untrue and baseless.
Mr. Gore is one of the candidates for governor of Central Equatoria state contesting as an independent candidate.Juba based The Citizen newspaper published today that Mr. Gore conceded defeat to rival Clement Wani Konga and contacted the GoSS president to request a position in his government.
Addressing the press today, Mr. Gore refuted the allegations saying the story is propaganda.
He added that his supporters are strongly behind his candidature.
