The voter turn out in Juba is decreasing each day.

Random research by SCR News at three polling affirms that this is due to missing names in the registry.

Gudi Robert, a polling officer in Munuki, said that the turnout was good on the first day of the polls but later dropped when voters could not find their names.

David in Juba town said less than ten people had voted today in his polling station so far and the numbers have been dwindling since Sunday.

A polling officer in Jebel said the number of voters in his polling station had dramatically decreased as well due to missing names on the register.

Among the polling stations visited, only less than a half of the registered voters have cast their votes.
