Most voters in Renk Count, Upper Nile State, were told their names were lost in the register while others complain that their names are scattered in different voting centres where they did not registered.
Mr. Michael Aluma, an observer in Ami Basic school centre, told SCR News reporter that the problem of missing names scared some voters because they moved from centre to center without finding them.
Mr. Aluma added that voting is almost to be tribal, explaining that some unconfirmed agents received voters and briefed them of whom to choose, which he says is incorrect.
Thon Deng, a party agent observing in Goth Centre at the Northern far tip of Renk county, doubted that some of the voters who casted in the centre were not residents, an accusation which he said was urgently attended by the concerned figures.
