Some Raja women, in Upper Nile state, spent the afternoon of yesterday distributing fresh water to voters who were queuing under a scourging sun.
SCR News correspondent said in the morning the Catholic Church distributed water to the voters while in the afternoon women organized themselves and were visiting voting centres with buckets of fresh water.
Our source added that in Raja voting was facing the same difficulties as elsewhere: names are not easily found in the registers.
Voters however brave patiently the heat and wait for the turn to cast their vote.
