Cattle raiding and tribal clashes are the major sources of insecurity in southern Sudan, an official has said.
Talking to SCR News Steward Soroba, minister for information in Central Equatoria state said major sources of insecurity in southern Sudan are caused by the on and off tribal clashes.
Mr. Steward denied that politicians are involved in these incidences as allegedly stated.
He said elections and referendum are some pillars of the CPA and need to be approached peacefully.
Mr. Steward voiced to the concerned authorities to embrace democracy in order to reach peacefully to the referendum.
