Four people have been injured in a clash between civilians and SPLA soldiers at Hiyala Payam in Torit County, Eastern Equatoria state, over the killing of two goats.

Eastern Equatoria state Acting Police Commissioner, Col. Ben Banal, told Radio Emmanuel that the incident sparked off on Sunday when a group of youth on routine patrol in the area discovered that some SPLM soldiers had killed two of their goats.

Col. Banal said he received information from Torit County Commissioner and the State minister for finance that four SPLA soldiers wounded in the clash were admitted to Torit civil hospital.
