SPLA WAS NOT A PARTY IN THE RECENT CLASHES IN NADAPAL AREA

Alintibaha Khartoum Daily Newspaper’s deliberately misquoted Reuters and alleged that the Kenyan Defence Ministry has accused the SPLA to have killed 2 Kenyan soldiers who were on patrol mission inside the Kenyan territory near Nadapal area, said the SPLA spokesperson in a press statement.
Kuol Deim Kuol affirmed that Reuters reported that the Kenyan Defence Ministry had accused the Toposa criminals, not the SPLA, in the killing of the 2 Kenyan soldiers.
The attacks and counter-attacks between the Toposa youth in Sudan and Turkana youth in Kenyan resumed in this year.
Mr. kuol emaphasized that the SPLA was not and can not be involved in the tribal clashes between Toposa of Sudan and Turkana of Kenyan.
He condemned the Alintibaha newspaper for twisting what was reported by Reuters with the malicious aim of misleading the Sudanese people and the world at large.
