Fr. Gabriel Asida is the Director for Education in the Archdiocese of Juba. He told SCR News that the workshop aimed at strategizing the education policy in the Archdiocese.
He added that participants – head teachers, chaplains and directors of schools – reviewed the whole education policy document of the Archdiocese and presented suggestions and corrections for its improvement.
Fr. Asida said the Archdiocese of Juba has for the first time a full time educational consultant, Dr. Ben Katoro, with international experience to help reshape the education service.
He added that the educational consultant will contribute for the restructuring of the education policy in the Archdiocese of Juba.
