Baroness Kinnock is the British minister of State for Africa. She told Journalists at Juba International Airport that the CPA implementation needs a great deal to be done, though under limited time. She said that if the two parties have the real political will, even with very limited time many things could be achieved.
Mrs. Kinnock said it is a critical time for the people of Sudan where UK wants to understand how the preparation for the elections and referendum are going on.
Mrs. Kinnock was speaking at Juba International Airport upon her arrival from Khartoum. She is expected to meet GOSS President over the development in the preparation of elections and the referendum.
