Minister for Education, Science and Technology Job Job Dhoruai told journalists today that he refutes allegations that his children are studying outside the country on scholarships.
Professor Dhoruai added that they will go abroad only after completing their university courses in the country.
He added that his ministry and the committee for education in southern Sudan Assembly want to look seriously into the matter of scholarship.
On Monday, the ministry will present its current policy of scholarships.
Many southern Sudanese students have been admitted into universities in South Africa, Uganda, Kenya, Egypt and many others countries through a policy of scholarships.
However, the payment of scholarships has registered some recurring problems and allegations of corruption.
