Southern Sudan parties are organizing today a march and a political rally in Juba to promote democratic change and press for the approval of referenda laws and changes in the Security Act.
Sudan African National Union, Union of Sudan African Parties, Union of Sudan African Parties -2, Sudan People’s Liberation Movement, United Democratic Sudan Forum, ANC- Sudan and South Sudan Democratic Forum (Front) called on Saturday on supporters to take part in a peaceful march for public briefing by their joint leaderships.
The South Sudan parties say that in the rally the joint leadership shall brief the peace loving Peoples of on future implementation of CPA and the pending legislations of laws.
They wrote in a joint statement that they shall continue the peaceful march not allowing the spoilers of CPA to derail the process of peace, referendum, popular consultation, freedom and democratic transformation of our country.
The march starts in Hi Malakia and the rally takes place at DR. John Garang’s Mausoleum.
