The Vatican Secretary of Relation of States or Foreign Minister is on Friday morning laying a foundation stone for the Institute of Justice and Peace Studies of the Catholic University of South Sudan in Juba.
 
University Vice Chancellor Fr Matthew Pagan announced that Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher came when they are celebrating the tenth anniversary of the university.
 
He describes the laying of the foundation stone as a historic and symbol of growth.
 
Fr Pagan discloses that the Vatican Secretary of Relation of States will plant a tree to commemorate the past decade and reflect the significance of the Catholic University of South Sudan.
