Gbudue Ministry of Education trained 100 primary and secondary school teachers and head masters on Critical thinking and problem solving.
According to Anisa Radio, the course with many other topics was under the theme: “Enriching education for youth worldwide in Yambio”.
Speaking During the closing session, Education Minister Pia Phillip Michael advises head teaches to make use of the knowledge they acquired from the training and take responsibility of their schools.
He warns all secondary head teachers against registering failed primary leaving exams pupils.
Any school headmaster, who will violate the regulation of education, will face the law.
Facilitator for Connecting Classrooms Project Kute Samuel Kenyi appreciates the participants.
Head teachers’ representative Peter Mbia expresses his happiness for the knowledge acquired during the training.
He pledges that they will implement the skills to manage school in a right direction.
The four-day trainings brought together 75 primary teachers and 50 head teachers from both primary and secondary schools within Yambio to the state ministry of Education.
British Council organized the program and implemented by Windle Trust Organization.
