The Bishop of Yei Catholic Diocese says on there is no peace in Yei River State because of the ongoing conflicts in the area.
 
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe stresses that there is still fighting; displacements, looting and killing of innocent civilians ongoing in the state, Radio Easter reports.
 
The bishop urges Christians to pray for peace in the whole country.
 
Bishop Lodu calls on the warring parties to stop their confrontation and adhere to the cessation of hostilities agreement.
 
The Catholic prelate did not specify which armed groups confronted themselves that resulted to the displacement.
 
The Bishop spoke to Radio Easter at his resident on Sunday.
