World Food Program or WFP on Friday complained against money being collected from NGOs at the checkpoints.
Tonj South County Commissioner Severino Philip Bazia told Don Bosco Radio that WFP team complains that their trucks are always being charge to pay money.
Philip says Tonj state authorities only take money from business vehicles.
The Commissioner approves the report as illegal against the government authority.
Joseph Liti Traffic Police Inspector denies the statement of checkpoint charges against NGOs unless they are found guilty.
Traffic charges every drivers when found guilty of having no requirement needed as a driver he adds.
The officials made the remarks in an interview to Don Bosco Radio in Tonj
