Attend antenatal care for better health of both mother and the baby, listeners of Don Bosco Radio in Sacred Heart Parish Tonj encourage pregnant mothers.
Joseph Anei Chol, one the callers, says it is good for the expectant women to receive vaccination at the early stage, Don Bosco Radio reports.
He attributes ignorance of vaccination to lack of education.
Anei points out that many mothers are still following traditional practices such as delivering at home which is dangerous to them.
Deng 4 Good, an audient, also notes that women need training on how to get into better life to avoid traditional beliefs.
He appeals to Tonj State government to enlighten women in villages on the importance of visiting health facilities.
The listeners made the remarks to Don Bosco Radio through telephone calls.
