St Bakhita Primary School under the Salesians of Don Bosco on Saturday celebrated its education day in Tonj.
 
According to Don Bosco Radio, the administration organized the day to enlighten learners on the importance of education in their future.
 
The Principal of the School says it is they are celebrating the second addition of St Bakhita education day.
 
She says the purpose of organizing the event is to let pupils realize the importance of learning in life.
 
Peter Mading Dut, a student of St Bakhita High School, describes the day as very colorful to all pupils and parents because they learnt from kids in primary.
 
He discloses that they are going to organize their event on Friday and will also invite primary pupils to learn.
 
Andrew Manger Atuer says event of this year is better compare to last year because Minister of Education, Commissioner of Tonj State headquarters and members of nongovernmental organizations attended.
 
The speakers made remarks on Saturday after the celebration in St Bakhita School premises in Tonj.
