The chairperson for Civil Society Network in Eastern Equatoria is discouraging the practice of recruiting staff base on tribe, race and relation.
 
Charles Okullu calls on national and local organization operating in the state to reframe from recruiting family members which he says promotes corruption and poor governance in the country. Emmanuel Radio reports.
 
Okullu acknowledges tribal recruitment as the cause of South Sudan conflict.
 
He appeals to the local and international NGOs to avoid employing relatives and friends but instead recruit competent and qualified staff from across the country.
 
Okullu calls for cooperation between local and international Organizations for good service delivery.
 
He calls on anti-corruption commission to work hard in bringing such illegal practices to an end 
 
Okullu discloses the plans of holding CSOs and RRC monthly meeting to understand the role played by each institution in the community.
