Civilian disarmament is the only way to stop the recurring killings of women and children in many parts of South Sudan, says chairperson for ITWAK Women Association in Torit, Imotong State.
 
Radio Emmanuel quoted Davidica Ikai saying women and children are victims of recurring conflicts.
 
Ikai says the warring parties should know that women are the strength of South Sudan.
 
The activist urges conflicting sides to stop killing women and girls.
