The Sub-chief of Hai Baiparu in Yambio County is calling on all cattle keepers to tie down their domestic animals because people complained that they move randomly and destroy crops.
 
Marko Aswan asks the government to regulate movements of cattle as they are the cause of many conflicts in South Sudan.
 
He appeals to the national government to implement the peace signed for tranquility to prevail in the country.
 
The chief reports that unnecessary beating of people by criminals at night in Hai Baiparu has reduced.
 
He calls on concerned authorities to arrest any suspected criminal disturbing the community.
 
On Wednesday, the Sub-chief of Hai Baiparu called for a big meeting that brought all zones leaders and the public to discuss how they can peacefully coexist.
