Decide to join the government or return to their civilians’ life, Yei River State Governor tells SPLA/IO freed from detention after signing agreement.
 
David Lokonga Moses asks the released detainees to praise God for keeping them alive until they are set free, Radio Easter reports.
 
Governor Lokonga appreciates the freed soldiers for choosing peace process in Yei River State.
 
He calls on the remaining SPLA in opposition to come home and join the implementation of the signed peace deal.
 
The release is in conformity with the declaration of the president Salva Kiir to release all political detainees and those arrested in connection to the rebellion, the Lokonga clarifies.
 
He ask Brigadier Chol Deng Chol to find Morobo, Lainya and Kajo-Keji County if there are SPLA-IO detainees should be set free.
 
The Governor urges those still organizing ambushes and killing people on the road to cease for free movement of civilians
 
He was talking on Thursday at Yei Freedom Square while witnessing the release of 18 SPLA in opposition.
